Root Cellar

This hoppy saison features rye, pilsner, wheat and specialty malts . Hopped with Cascade and Zythos.  Extended cellaring brings out Belgian yeast spiciness and the aroma of dry addition of Zythos hops.

Oktoberfest

A traditional approach is taken with our version of this classic lager style.  Centered around German munich malt, a slightly sweet start is followed by a moderately dry, toasty finish.  We balance this clean, smooth maltiness with a gentle addition of German noble hops. Prost!

I’ll Have Another

Our 3rd year collaboration with Midnight Sun, Kenai River, Broken Tooth, HooDoo and Haines Brewing Companies is a traditional farmhouse saison.  Traditional Belgian yeast yields notes of banana and spice in this easy drinking, crisp, refreshing beer.

I’ll Have Another

A 2nd year collaboration with Midnight  Sun, Kenai River and Haines Brewing Companies made with cold pressed, house roasted coffee.  This year yielded a rich dark beer bursting with coffee flavors and aromas with a healthy caffeine kick. Each year a different recipe, each year a different experiment.
