Brewery Jobs

Bartender, Line Cook
Tasting Room Staff Members are responsible for creating a positive dining experience for guests! Rotating through various FOH and BOH positions, their duties include greeting guests, answering questions about food and drinks, taking orders, preparing food, and ensuring the tasting room and kitchen are clean and safe according to DBC’s company policies and Alaska’s State food and beverage regulations. Must be 21+ and prior server experience is preferred.

Pay Range
$15/hr + tips

Brewery Assistants are responsible for adding in the production of our beers and ciders at Denali Brewing Company! Their duties include assisting the shift brewer in all preparation, production, and cleanup, understanding brewing recipes, and troubleshoot mechanical issues while upholding DBC’s company policies and Alaska’s State safety and beverage regulations. Must be 21+

Pay Range

Brewery Packagers are responsible for the production and distribution of our beers, ciders, and spirits at Denali Brewing Company! Their duties include operating and maintaining the canning/bottling line, keg equipment while upholding DBC’s company policies and Alaska’s State safety and beverage regulations. Must be 21.

Pay Range
$15-18/hr

Brewpub Jobs

A Restaurant Manager oversees all FOH operations at the Denali Brewpub! These duties include ensuring appropriate staffing, onboarding, and training new employees, meeting labor and sales goals, oversee employee work and business operations to ensure compliance with DBC’s company policies and Alaska’s State food safety and beverage regulations. This is a year-round position. Experience is preferred.

Host, Busser, Expo, Food Runner
Front of House Support members are responsible for helping servers and bartenders with several duties, creating a positive dining experience for guests! Their duties include greeting guest, delivering food, and bussing tables.

Pay Range
$13-$15/hr + tips

Line Cook, Prep Cook, Dish Machine Operator
Kitchen Staff are responsible for preparing recipes and menu items. Their duties include preparing food, plating dishes, washing dishes, and ensuring the kitchen is clean and safe according to DBC’s company policies and Alaska’s State food and beverage regulations.

Pay Range
DOE + tips

Servers/Bartenders are responsible for creating a positive dining experience for guests! Their duties include greeting guests, answering questions about food and drinks, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, taking payment, bussing tables, communicating with all FOH and BOH staff, all while maintaining DBC’s company policies and Alaska’s State food and beverage regulations. Must be 21+ and prior server experience is preferred.

$11/hr + tips
